Jules Scott is this lady who is nice and helps people buy houses in a way that most people don’t have the patience for. Not even me. She owns a company called Jubilee Property Ventures Inc. She had a house that I contacted her about and we worked out a deal. I’ve been living there for about three months and she nags me pretty good about working on my credit and saving up for the down payment. It’s almost to the point of annoying but I know that she’s really trying to help. She had this application that I had to fill out after I moved in so that she can help me find the lender to give me a loan for it. Which is good considering I stunk it up last time I tried it. She’s pretty much doing it for me and the lenders are calling me! I don’t even have to pick up the phone or go to offices to try to find someone! It seems like Jules Scott knows what she’s doing. She’s a really good landlord and helpful. I’m just looking forward to owning my own home and not having to deal with anyone else.
